This privacy policy applies exclusively to the online activities of this site and is valid for visitors/users of the site. It does not apply to information collected through channels other than this website. The purpose of the privacy information is to provide maximum transparency regarding the information that the site collects and how it uses it.

Processing methods

The Data Controller adopts appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of Personal Data.

The processing is carried out using IT and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods strictly related to the purposes indicated below. In some cases, in addition to the Data Controller, other subjects involved in the organization (administrative staff, system administrators) or external subjects (such as third party technical service providers, hosting providers, IT companies) may have access to the Data. The updated list of this “other subjects” can always be requested to the Data Controller.

 

Legal basis of processing

The Data Controller processes user Personal Data when existing one of the following conditions:

  • the processing is necessary for the execution of a contract with the User and/or for the execution of pre-contractual measures;
  • the processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject;

However, it is always possible to ask the Data Controller to clarify the concrete legal basis of each treatment and in particular to specify whether the treatment is based on the law, provided for by a contract or necessary to conclude a contract.

 

Processing purpose

  • Personal data will be processed by the Data Controller, to manage and provide the requested service (e.g. information request by the user).
  • Personal data will be processed by the Data Controller, only with your specific and distinct consent, to send you (via e-mail, post and/or sms and/or telephone contacts) newsletters, commercial communications and/or advertising material on products or services offered by the Owner and detection of the degree of satisfaction with the quality of services.

The Data collected by the site are processed at the headquarters of the Data Controller, and at the web hosting data center, within the European Union.

 

Retention time

The Data are processed and stored for the time they have been collected for.

At the end of the retention period, the Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, upon expiry of this term, the right of access, cancellation, rectification and the right to data portability can no longer be exercised.

For activities based on consent, storage will last until the consent is revoked or 24 month for marketing and 12 month for profiling at most.
