Conscious of the fact that much is said about extra virgin olive oil but that not always is the information correct, in 2004 we decided to publish “Il Garda oliandolo” a booklet written by Luigi Caricato and illustrated by Angelo Ruta. Our family decided to venture into the editorial world, because with this little book, short but technically correct, we wanted to introduce you into the world of olive oil, and in particular that produced along the shores of Lake Garda. In the next few days we will publish online parts of this book and start this fascinating voyage together, gaining a better insight of this precious fruit, whose full expression of naturalness is its extra virgin oil.
