E’ sotto questo auspicio che la famiglia Turri vuole introdurre, attraverso la forma fisica del blog, una ulteriore occasione d’incontro con i propri amici estimatori. Non utilizziamo qui il termine “clienti”, anche perché, quando si vende una bottiglia d’olio, prima ancora di un rapporto di natura commerciale, si instaura un’intesa tra chi è autore di ciò che è contenuto in bottiglia e chi ne è il fruitore.
Noi produciamo con la consapevolezza che nell’olio vi sia almeno una minima parte di tutta la passione che mettiamo nel lavoro. La nostra presenza è vigile, e seguiamo passo dopo passo ogni momento che intercorre tra la formazione del frutto, l’oliva, e la sua raccolta quando è tempo di olivagione. Per questo siamo molto contenti quando venite a trovarci in frantoio, perché potete assistere in prima persona a una parte significativa del nostro lavoro: il momento in cui l’olio si estrae dalle olive, con tutti i profumi e il piacere del primo assaggio.
Noi siamo aperti sempre, anche quando non è più tempo di raccolta. E’ possibile visitare la collezione di oggetti e attrezzi della vita contadina e il centro accoglienza in ogni momento dell’anno. Intanto il blog vuole essere la testimonianza di una nostra presenza ulteriore tra voi.
Ce lo diceva sempre nostro padre Giancarlo: “state sempre accanto a chi ha il piacere di seguirci attraverso le nostre bottiglie. Il nostro lavoro non è un lavoro per solitari, ma è frutto di condivisione”. Ed è così che abbiamo voluto non mancare a tale invito riservandoci lo spazio del blog. Non che ci manchino i modi, i luoghi e il tempo per comunicare, ma farlo anche su Internet, è il segno di una presenza continua, di una vicinanza affettiva che sentivamo di condividere con voi.

This is the spirit with which the Turri family has decided to start a blog, so as to have a greater opportunity to meet all their friends and estimators. We do not wish to employ the term “customers” because the act of selling and purchasing oil is something deeper than a mere commercial relationship: a special bond is established between the persons responsible for the contents of the bottle and its end user.
We are producers who believe that our oil contains more than a trace of all the passion that we put into our work. We are present throughout the entire production process, carefully monitoring every step, from the formation of the olive to its harvest. It is for this reason that we are always happy when you come to visit our mill, and witness the most significant part of our work: the moment when the oil is extracted from the olives, revealing all its delightful perfumes and aromas.

person, from now on there will always be our blog to keep you updated.
Our father Giancarlo would always say: “be always close to those who have chosen our oil. Ours is not a job for loners, because our product was made to be shared”. It is for this reason that we have decided to create this blog. There are indeed many other means to communicate with you all, but through the internet we will always be there, sharing our friendship with you all.
