It has a great impact on canopy development and contributes to define the size, shape and health of the plant.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Insufficient or incorrect pruning may jeopardize the entire e olive season, so when pruning we should always keep in mind our aim, the plant species we are dealing with, the cultivar, training method and climate. Now is the time to prune our olive trees, for the winter season is not yet over, even though the temperatures are slowly rising.
