We are quite satisfied with the quality of this year\u2019s olives, but we will only be able to draw our conclusions when we finish milling. Meanwhile you are most welcome to come and visit us: book a visit soon, so that you can see, smell and taste our precious oil. This is the time when olive mills are at their best, full of life and the inebriating scent of nature. This perfume originates from olive paste, which is obtained by pressing the olives and their stones. It is a strong, pleasant fragrance enveloping the entire olive mill, and you can smell it everywhere.
